My wife recently lost the center diamond on her wedding ring. We began to look for a diamond at with local jewelers and the large chain stores and just were not able to find anything we liked to replace the lost stone.The quality we were wanting just wasn't there at the large chain jewelers and the prices weren't very good either. I began to look on the internet just for the heck of it to see what I could come across. I was able to find a diamond Pam had listed on the internet. My wife and I were interested in her diamond to replace old one but we were somewhat apprehensive. We had never bought a diamond on the internet and weren't sure this was the way to go. As we began to email and talk to Pam on the phone we soon became comfortable that this was the person we wanted to deal with. She answered all our questions and concerns proving to be knowledgeable and very courteous. She gave us a great price on the quality diamond we were looking for and also reworked the ring my wife had damaged. When the ring arrived at our house we were both very pleased. The diamond was beautiful and the resetting was better than it was when I originally bought it 8 years ago. An amazingly positive experience. I live within a few blocks of Philadelphia's famed Jeweler's row so I never imagined I would buy a diamond on-line. I cautiously inquired about a diamond I saw on the e-bay store. I had many reservations and was nervous because I know no matter what a certificate says you need to see a diamond in person. I was more than pleasantly suprised when I received better service, dedication, and trust from Pam than I did from any of the many highly reputable jewelers in Philadelphia. She answered every question and dissolved any fear. Love it! Man that was fast. My guy at work that does jewelry wants your number so he can do business with you. I didn't have anything to look at it under magnification with, but I am thoroughly please with this stone. I'll be getting with you after I get the dimensions for the band so we can order some smaller matching stones. Some color, 10 to 12 probably, not sure of the size though, less than .10 ea I would think. Any ways, THANKS! I'll be getting something in the mail for you and I'll have Rich call you.
